There are countless ways you can help The Service Dog Institute (TSDI).

We welcome all forms of support:

Financial donations

Financial donations are greatly needed to help with the costs of training. Whether it is a general donation or earmarked for a child, an adult or veteran, all donations go directly to the cost of raising, training and placing the dogs with their partners. All donations and gifts are tax deductible under the 501 (c) 3 statue and you will receive a tax deduction receipt for each contribution made.

Gifts made in the form of a check and may be mailed to:

Wish List items

These items can be used to help our organization grow and place our dogs with those that truly need help.

Examples are: Postage stamps, Gift Cards, Dog Crates (large), Copy paper of all sizes, Envelopes of all sizes, Airline mileage/vouchers, Hotel vouchers, Gas cards, Kong toys, Dog bowls, Ferminator grooming tools, Dog Shampoo (Sensitive skin).

Talented People

Designers, copywriters, marketers, photographers, filmmakers and fundraisers (Experienced or in training) are needed to help us raise awareness of TSDI and how service dogs can improve the lives of those with special needs. Donate your time, talent, and skills. We need assistance with our website, public relations outreach and fundraising activities.

Also, we hope to document the story of a TSDI puppy, from early training through placement, to daily life as a faithful companion. We’d love to partner with an individual or group who can help us chronicle this amazing story.

Families

Families to serve as volunteer puppy raisers, providing safe homes for our puppies with plenty of supervision, socialization, and lots of love. Working closely with TSDI, volunteer puppy raisers ensure puppies have a healthy diet, give them plenty of exercise, take them to vet appointments and obedience classes and help them learn basic manners and commands. Puppy raisers also introduce the puppies to plenty of people, places and situations, monitoring progress and reporting back to trainers and TSDI, all of which prepares the puppies for successful careers as service dogs.

Thank you for your gifts of support!
